Delivery Information

-Delivery Method

All products sold by Exploitx are electronic/digital. Delivery is performed by one or more of the following methods:

Email to the address you provide at checkout (primary method).

Secure in-site message or chat linked to your Exploitx account.

Direct download link available in your account order history (when applicable).

No physical goods will be shipped.

 

-Delivery Timing

Immediate to 30 minutes: Most orders are delivered automatically and you will typically receive a download link, license key, or activation instructions within minutes of successful payment.

Up to 24 hours: In some cases (manual review, payment verification, or high volume), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Longer (rare): If additional verification is required (e.g., suspected fraud, chargeback risk), delivery may be delayed while we investigate. We will notify you by email if a delay is expected.

 

-Payment & Verification

Orders paid via Stripe are usually processed instantly.

Bitcoin/crypto payments are processed via our third-party crypto processor. Crypto confirmations may take longer depending on network conditions; delivery will occur after payment is confirmed by our processor.

We may perform automated or manual fraud checks; if we require more information we’ll contact you at the email used for the order.

 

-Delivery Contents

Delivered items may include:

Download links (zip, installer, etc.).

License keys, activation codes, or account credentials.

Instructions and documentation for installation and activation.

 

-Failed Delivery & Customer Responsibility

Ensure the email you provide is valid and that messages from support@exploitx.com
 are not blocked by spam filters.

If you do not receive delivery within the expected timeframe, check your spam/junk folder and your account order history.

If you still can’t locate your order, contact support@exploitx.com
 with your order number and purchase date. We will resend or provide an alternative delivery method when appropriate.

 

-Resends & Re-Issuance

We will resend delivery items upon request if the original message failed or was not received. Re-issuing license keys after activation may be restricted — contact support and provide proof of purchase.

If license keys have been activated or used, refunds or re-issuance are subject to our Refund Policy.

 

-Security & Liability

We take reasonable precautions to send delivery information securely, but email is not guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you require higher security, let us know and we will advise on secure handoff options.

Exploitx is not responsible for unauthorized access to your email or account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

 

-Taxes & Fees

Any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase are your responsibility and will be displayed at checkout where required.
