1. Introduction
Welcome to Exploitx, owned and operated by Exploitx. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, software and digital products (collectively the “Services”). By using the Site or purchasing any product from us you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or Services.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and to make purchases.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide true, accurate and complete information when creating an account or purchasing.
3. Products, Licenses & Use
We sell digital software, tools and licenses. Unless otherwise stated, purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to the documentation and license terms provided at sale.
You may not: copy, distribute, sublicense, transfer, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to derive source code from our software except to the extent permitted by law or with our express written consent.
Any customization, modification, or redistribution of our software without written permission is prohibited.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or Services to develop, publish, distribute, or facilitate:
Illegal activities, malware, viruses, spyware or any software intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
Activities that violate the terms of service or fair play policies of third-party platforms, games, or services (including but not limited to cheating, exploiting, or creating unfair advantage), or enable others to do so.
Fraudulent activities or any use intended to deceive other users or third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited uses.
5. Orders & Payments
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit card and other Stripe-supported methods) and via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin) through a third-party crypto payment processor we partner with. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe, our crypto processor, and us to charge your selected payment method.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your purchase.
For subscriptions: recurring billing will continue until you cancel. You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions via your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period already paid for.
If a charge is refused, reversed, or a chargeback occurs, we may suspend or terminate your access and you may be liable for chargeback, administrative and collection fees to the extent permitted by law.
6. Crypto (Bitcoin) Payments — Special Notes
Bitcoin payments are processed using a third-party crypto payment processor. By paying with Bitcoin you agree to comply with that processor’s terms.
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible on the blockchain. Refunds for Bitcoin purchases are optional and handled at our discretion per the Refund Policy below; if we issue a crypto refund we will do so using the USD equivalent at the time the refund is processed (we will not be responsible for any exchange rate gains or losses you experience).
For chargebacks/disputes: since crypto transactions cannot be charged back through traditional card networks, handling disputes may follow different procedures — we may request additional proof and reserves the right to refuse refunds if fraud is suspected.
7. Refunds & Returns (Digital Products)
Because our products are delivered electronically, so there is no refund. But you can contact us on our provided email and number to discuss about your issues.
8. Delivery & Activation
Delivery is electronic. You are responsible for providing a valid email and/or account to receive license keys or download links.
We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect contact information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, code, and designs on the Site are owned or licensed by us. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

with a complete notice (we will follow DMCA procedures where applicable).
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for suspected fraud, chargebacks, illegal or prohibited activity, or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately and you must stop using the software.
11. Warranties & Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exploitx, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your breach of these Terms,
Your violation of any law or rights of a third party,
Your use of the Services in violation of the Prohibited Uses section.
14. Changes to Prices & Terms
We may change prices and modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will post notice on the Site or email affected customers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Privacy

16. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For disputes, you and we will first try to resolve informally. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless you and we agree to arbitration.
17. Miscellaneous
Headings are for convenience only.
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Services.
